Steps after you enroll a new person… 1. Before they leave you presence, set up a time to meet with them (in person or over the phone / zoom) . This appointment should be set at enrollment. To set this appointment I say something like “Our next step is schedule a time for me to come over or get on the phone with you and show you how to use your oils and how to get free stuff.” I can come over Tuesday at 4pm or Saturday at 11am. what works best for you?” Know your schedule before hand and offer them two options for times. People are busy and if we just say “when is a good time?” They will likely have trouble finding a time that works. 2. Send your new customer a welcome email. *See welcome letter template here http:// jasmineandjuniper.com/helpful-documents/ 3. Add, tag and welcome the new customer into the customer support group. https:// www.facebook.com/groups/jasmineandjuniper/ 4. Opt them into email drip campaign here http://jasmineandjuniper.com/essential-oils-101/ They will get a confirmation email sent to their promotions folder. They have to click the conform button to activate the drip email campaign. I have noted this in the welcome letter. By opting them into the e-course, they get opted in my monthly product education email as well so they can stay connected to the Jasmine and Juniper Tribe. Make sure you yourself are opted into all of these. 6. Connect them with a reference guide or app. References books are here www.aromatools.com and the app is called Modern Essentials. 7. Invite them to subscribe to text alerts for the calls and webinars. Get them connected to our weekly Monday call.
